catalina 22 wiring
By andyjen at 2008-12-28 01:14

does anyone know how to replace the female(receptacle for the  mastlight) on a catalina 22 1984.  Not the part on the mast but the part on the cabin roof that is right next to the bracket that holds the mast.  It looks like if you remove the bracket that holds the mast you may be able to get to it. Am I correct? thank you Andy

By ocmediarep at 2008-12-10 01:42

About 2 1/2 years ago I purchased a Raymarine ST4000+ Autopilot for my Catalina 30.  It worked great for the first 9 months and then I got a "Low Bat" message on the controller.  I sent it in for repair and was told that it was a bad chip and was replaced via the warranty.  After reinstalling it and a 10 months later, I had the same problem so I sent it back and once again it was repared.  Third time is a charm so I reinstalled it and it worked until about another month and called Ray Marine who told me that it was out of their 2 year warranty and I would have

I want to to to Puerto Rico for the dog shows in the spring, but don't want to fly. Can I find a boat that goes there and back? and, of course, could take my little dogs too.
