Pros:
Cons:

A very roomy yacht to be a 27-footer, more like a 30-32 footer, with an open layout, you can be nine seated around the table, and a large after-cabin and aft-wc on each side of the companionway.
Easy to handle under sail, very tight upwinds, sail-area must be reduced quite early in increasing wind.
I have a copy of a review from Yachting Monthly, that can be e-mailed to those of you who are interested.

Pros:
Cons:

An ideal family boat with exceptional room below. Has a sit down chart table, aft head and aft double cabin. The seatback of the settee drops down to make a foreward V-berth for adults. The layout with aft head and cabin means people seated at the table are out of the way of the cook. The Volvo diesel saildrive is exceptionally quiet and smooth. A relatively short rig means it's a better cruiser than racer.

Hello
I see you are gettign a lot of requests for that report.. me too please.. I was looking for a 30footer but this looks promising. I'm going to view at the weekend. What do you thnk about the lifting keel as opposed to a fin (I've only sailed with fins) - does it make it noticebly more tender or less seaworthy??
Thanks
David
