Pros:
Cons:

A Ron Holland design. The "old" design, with no aft cabin and the toilet midships. 6 beds. Very spacious dining facilities. Rather fast for being only 31".

I'm very satisfied with her, a lot of yacht for the money.

Pros:
Cons:

Although an older style of boat compared to today's designs, designer Ron Holland has moved on from the IOR confirguration to give a beamy hull with decent topside height. This gives a roomy interior but adequate for 4 (although will sleep 6 at a squeeze).

A light easily driven hull needs reefed early, I normally reduce the main at about 16knt apparent.

The fittngs and hull/deck are built to a good standard.

Not many available in the UK but worth searching one out if in the market for a 31' boat with a lot of accomodation and a good turn of speed.
