Pros:
Cons:

Very old style traditional but in fiberglass.. Been a joy to own and sail. With a little over 8ft of beam and an over all length of 31'10" from the front of the bowsprit to the back of the transom. Anyone interested in more info about these fine boats feel free to e-mail

Pros: The classic Gillmer design
Cons: unknown

I bought mine out of a storage unit place in Joplin MO. Owner bought it but moved to FL and had no prospects of ever working on it. I spent 8 hours getting her home that should have taken 3. We are in love with it. The mast has no spreaders but 11 pieces of standing rigging. All bad. The inside has been butchered so I'll be reinventing that too. Want to replace the sprit with a solid teak piece. The bobstay is missing. Anybody know where I could touch one? It has wheel steering and a Petter diesel. I have pictures of it at http://myspace.com/marinefixitguy -I can't wait to sail this one around. It will be a head turner. There is a website for these at http://www.privateer26.org dedicated to them. Any input, questions, ideas, comments etc.
