Pros:
Cons:

I've owned the lancer since Sept '00, and knew the prior owner so condition was A+. The 27 is a hybrid between a sailboat and a little part power boat. It sails great and handles well, goes to wind very well. The cabin holds 4 for a weekend or a family with small kids for a week. It is easy enough for my wife and I to sail, you are not over worked. All in all it's great, because when the wind dies the 140HP outboard gets us back home at about 8-10 knots.
