Pros:
Cons:

The boat is rated almost as fast as a J/24. It is fairly roomy below for a performance boat, and has plenty of cockpit room. I have owned the boat for about 6 weeks so far (1/97) and really enjoy it. All lines lead to cockpit.

Pros:
Cons:

Fast roomy racer/cruiser. This is a well built, fast boat. After almost 20 years this boat is still rock solid. PHRF 179-185 or thereabouts. Points straight up. Great cabin, fairly decent cockpit. I sold a Laguna Windrose 24 to make room for the Mirage and I'm blown away by the difference. true performer.

Pros: Great racer/cruiser...more room than most this size....fast
Cons: Need crew weight on the rail to get competitive speed

Great little boat, but there are a few things to watch for. Specifically...most of the deck is solid glass, but it is reinforced in a few areas such as near the chainplates, so check those areas carefully & rebed frequently. Also, most deck hardware has no backing plates at all, so some reinforcement might be necessary. I suspect they did this to cut costs in manufacturing. That said, it's a fun, roomy boat that will shock you with its speed, especially in light air.
