Pros:
Cons:

The boat works ok in heavy seas, but it is a little crazy at anchor when the wind is about 5 or more kn.

Pros:
Cons:

Strong boat. Handles rough water on Lake Michigan. Recently added Harken MKII roller furling. Well balanced, I don't have an autopilot, but I can leave her for a few minutes to adjust the sails. Only complaints are: a little too much teak and the swim ladder is a pain to use.

Pros:
Cons:

Sail fast, 7.2 knots in 15 miles of wind. Heavy duty, takes hard weather. Shallow draft of 4 foot.
Excellent boat for 2 persons. This is a sloop rigged, model number 361.

Pros: built like a tank, loves heavy weather,
Cons: you have to walk through the cockpit to go aft.

I got it in 2001 and have lived on it for four years, at this time (OCT 2007) I'm refiting it so I can sail it full time in 2008. I love the boat and I don't plan on ever selling it, hull # 66

Pros:
Cons:

I would be interested in the owners of OI 36 view of the boats sailing character. Is she fast heeling and righting, how well does it point to windward. How well they feel it to be built, sturdy or tender. Is it a comfortable ship or built more like my Westerly which is as comfortable as a church pew.
This is one of the boats I am considering for a carribean cruser and intercoastal water way. I am looking at the ketch rig center cockpit. I look forward to reading your thoughts
