The MX-20 is the brainchild of Vlad Murnikov (of Fazizi and MX-Ray fame). Was named boat of the year by Sailing World in '95.

It's a really exciting little sportboat that sails and handles like a much bigger boat. It has a bowsprit and asymetrical spinnaker plus roller furling on the jib. Sails particurlarly well in medium to light air but can handle the heavy stuff as well.

The boat has basic accomodations for overnight and weekend cruising (single burner stove, portable toilet). There is a large V-berth up front and 2 single berths aft.

The open transom and plumb bow make it look like a miniature Farr 40. It's good value for the money (if you can find one as there were only a few built).

We're very pleased with it.
