The Neva 21 was built in St. Petersburg Russia. A fiberglass Sloop with a fin keel drawing 5'. Open transom, hull design looks to be some copy or variation of a Peterson design [San Juan 24, Peterson 26, etc.] Sleeps 4, but not in much comfort. A giant main with a 2/3 fractional rig. [Now that's fractional!] Sails great and is very fast and stable, although the contruction and hardware, being Russian built, are fairly crude. But, it all works swell.....

21' fiberglass Sloop built in St. Petersburg Russia. Good Seaworthy and fast little craft that looks to be a copy of a Peterson hull design [as San Juan 24, Peterson 26, etc.] 2/3 fractional [now, that's fractional!] rig with 30' mast. Crudely finished but every thing works well. With 2210# Displacement and sail area of 260, she will whip up on most boats her size.
