Pros:
Cons:

Well built boat, typically over built, fantastic for cruising. Traditionally lines/looks. Large boat for a 35 both inside and out. Huge freeboard.
Typical Balsa cored deck with problems as boats age but worth all costs to repair or rebuild.

Pros: Well found, seaworthy cruiser with racing capability.
Cons: Leakage at chain plates

I own a Mk1. She's very maneuverable in close quarters, a comfortable cruiser and with the right crew she can be an able racer. PHRF is 177.
Been through some wicked weather and always felt safe and confident in her sea keeping capabilities.
