Aft cockpit, roller furling main and genoa.
Cherry interior is very beautiful, very comfortable to live in for long periods of time.
Fast boat over 10kts of wind, approaches 8.8kts in 25 kts of wind.Points very well for a shoal draft boat.
Average speed when wind less than 10 kts. Should consider buying a gennaker to compensate.
After one summer we're very pleased with this boat.

Sloop ring with a roller furling gennie and roller furling main ( in the mast) This is the shoal draft version of this model. The cabin is the 2 cabin layout. This boat is a very comfortable cruiser and still plenty fast!

Great cruiser! Fast and comfortable in good conditions; safe and reliable in foul weather. Easily singlehanded. In mast roller furling is key to making this boat easy to sail. Additions that I have made are dodger, gennaker, drivesaver, Jensen folding prop, larger winches, more line stoppers, and full line of KVH instruments. Best boat overall that I have ever sailed.

We have owned the boat since 1998 and have cruised from LI to Nantucket every season. She handles well in light and heavy air and has been superb for our cruising needs. Easily handled by a couple the accomodations for four are excellent. We have the two cabin version with a large galley starboard. The two heads make for great privacy with guests aboard. The only negative is the small holding tanks (2X12 Gal.)We are considering an overboard discharge to empty them ar sea. The large aft cockpit with walk- through transom and bright cherry interior finish are outstanding features. The interior is bright and full of light.
Overall, an outstanding cruising go-anywhere boat which handles well in heavy weather.

Pros:
Build quality, ease of maint, shoal draft, below deck furler
Cons:
below deck furler(maint), no sea berth
Points well for shoal draft(5'1" , very livable, electrical system/all systems have held up extremely well('93 yr boat), aft galley is very nice to work in, decent storage, small holding tanks, great family boat, easily handled/docked, handles heavy weather well, regularly average 7/7.5 on beam reach, easily goes 8.5 in 15kts plus, it's a fun boat, it's always the boat everyone wants to go out on
