Pros:
Cons:

All the room of a pilothouse but sails like a sailboat, not a motor-sailor. Easily handled by one couple. Had many problems with the original engine (a Westerbeke), but since it was re-powered with a Yanmar 50 hp diesel, it has been very reliable. Full keel. Does well in all weather. Draft of 4 1/2 feet permits exploration along the very shallow Gulf coast, where it is berthed. Has almost all the comforts of home. Presently for sale (moved into a home after living aboard for the last year).

Had an ad in the local and New orleans papers and it sold the same day it was published! She was a good boat.
