Just bought the boat and haven't sailed it yet, but I will. Am trying to contact other Roberts 25 owners...Contact me at for any questions or if you have a Roberts.

What a Great Boat! It's very roomy and well-finished inside...standing headroom and lots of detailed wood work. The hull is thick as armor and is creates confidence. She sails very well and is easy for one person to trim and sail for long periods of time. I would strongly suggest this boat to anyone looking at a 25 footer. She is a little heavy to trailer on a consistent basis though, unless you have a large truck and good crew for the mast raising.

Each Roberts is a custom boat that is basically home made. A lot of people avoid them because of this. I've seen other Roberts and they are always overbuilt, and luxurious for their size on the inside. They sail surprisingly well.

I give this design every praise out there and strongly suggest that perspective owners give this boat honest consideration.

Please write if you have any questions or would like a test drive in the Stockton, CA area.
