Pros:
Cons:

Two cabin version with beaver tail keel (draft is 5' 6"). Sail plan is an in mast roller furling main with a 155 furling jib. Great cruiser. Solid in winds to 30 knots with little weather helm. Very steady in seas to ten feet. We sail on Western Lake Erie. All lines are led back to the cockpit, so everything is controlled easily, with minimum stress.

Negatives: Need 15 knots of wind to get up to speed; not a lively boat in light air, although we will be flying a new assymetrical spinnaker this year for that purpose.
Holding tank is small (15 gallons). We retrofitted a 35 gallon tank for this sailing season. This is a significant issue on the Great Lakes.

Overall summation: A great buy. We sailed a 30 ft Hunter prior to this boat, and, although we enjoyed the Hunter, this is an entirely different experience. I'm glad we purchased this boat.
