Pros:
Cons:

Mashead sloop rig pocket cruiser.
Large cockpit with outboard in lazarette locker. Cabin layout: quarterbirth on stbd beneath cockpit; galley fwd with sink and cabinetry; setee across - converts to sleep 2; v-birth and marine head.
This boat is VERY roomy. The cabin top is raised all the way around. It has huge windows in the main cabin area. Some people complain of lots of lee-helm but I haven't found that in my boat.
I don't especially like the locker where the engine is. It is hard to reach in to control throttle/etc. It also makes servicing the engine dificult because one must remove the prop to get the engine out of the hole in the hull. The locker door must be left open when the engine runs because it starves for air.
Overall I am very satisfied with my SC25. I plan on removing the engine, closing up the hole in the hull, and remounting it on a bracket on the stern.
