This boat was built SO WELL with exceptional strength and lovely lines. She has a great big cockpit so you can sail with a party aboard. She handles well and on my boat, almost all of the original equipment still operates very well. She has a very shallow draft (3') so she is excellent for coastal exploration. Have not yet taken her further out to learn more about her off shore abilities.
My boat was a bargain because she was out of the water for a long time and consequently was difficult for buyers to assess. I fell in love with her despite her long layoff and so far she is just great to sail.

Three years later I am doing a follow along review to the one I posted shortly after purchasing my boat. She is an excellent sailor, easy to handle in a chop and quite manageable with a strong breeze. I can single hand with full sails set while other boats are reduced to jibs. The boat always feels under control while sailing. I have the "MORC II" version, which has a huge cockpit and a very small coach. GREAT boat and still lovely--I am always asked "What kind of boat is she? Very pretty!" HIGHLY recommended.
