Pros: Simple to sail. Huge cockpit.
Cons: Tippy

I have owned a T-Ten for 7 years. If you are looking for a cheap racer or weekend-er, this is a great boat. Pretty Sparkman & Stephens design and its revolutionary design got it into the Sailboat Hall of Fame! It looks like an Anerican Cup style boat with flush deck and reverse transom. All halyards lead to cockpit making it easy to sail single/short handed. Cockpit is much larger than most 40' boats - easy for crew work and socializing. No head room inside makes it a camping-style cruiser, but OK for family and close friends. Very solid hull and construction. Only down-side is its light weight makes it tip alot. I recommend this boat to anyone looking for a beautiful fast weekender or racer (PHRF rating = 126 Racing/132 Cruising).
