Pros:
Cons:

Nicely laid out for such a small boat. Four berths and a head in
the forepeak. Huge built in cooler but no real room to cook. We mounted a propane BBQ on the transom and use it exclusively. The keel stepped mast is nice a feature. Great engine access as well. The boat is fairly tender so reef early! We sail her regularly in the San Francisco Bay and have cruised her up to Point Reyes once.
All in all a great boat that I'll have trouble getting rid of when we move up.
