Pros:
Cons:

Classic canoe end design by Robert Perry. Stay boom has been removed from this boat to allow better trafficability on the forward deck. Teck deck is low maintenance and provides excellent footing in rough weather. Yanmar 3QM30F is very reliable and provides ample power. Every feature of this boat is constructed to make it a very strong blue water cruiser. Limitation is the deep draft (5'10") for coastal and inland waterway use. Overall, very satisfied with this great boat.

Pros:
Cons:

ONE OF THE FEW MKII KETCHES BUILT, THE SEA GYPSY IS AT HOME ON SAN FRANCISCO BAY. EXTENSIVE CUSTOM UPGRADES BY ORIGINAL OWNER, SHE IS BEING READIED FOR EXTENSIVE CRUISING IN THE CARIBBEAN.CURRENTLY AWAITING INSTALLATION OF CAPE HORN WIND VANE STEERING,CAREFULLY RESEARCHED AND DECIDED ON OVER THE MONITOR BECAUSE OF IT'S COMPACT YET STRONG DESIGN. MONITOR IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT BUT I BELIEVE THE CAPE HORN IS SUPERIOR IN MANY WAYS.
BE HAPPY TO DISCUSS MANY OF THE CUSTOM FEATURES WITH OTHER T-37 OWNERS, INCLUDING THE PRO'S AND CON'S OF KETCH RIG (WHICH I LOVE)
