Pros:
Cons:

Moderate overhangs and a fin keel and skeg-mounted rudder provide good overall performance and an excellent ride offshore. The flush deck forward of the mast gives a lot of room for sail handling while the "poop deck" aft makes a great cocktail party setting. Construction is absolutely world-class. I have found no structural problems even after a rough transatlantic trip. My only real complaint is that she is a center cockpit boat. I prefer aft cockpits for the increase in room they provide. We chose the Bowman 46 in spite of this failing because of her first rate construction and her behavior at sea. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
