Pros:
Cons:

I own hull 5901. I have found her to be a great couples weekender, or 4-6 people daysailer. She is a great light to moderate wind boat, but can be a handful in highwinds or steep swells. The factory support is wonderful (the owner's son runs the parts department) and due to the large number of boats built, many aftermarket companys build kits especially for this boat. I have refitted much of the hardware with Garhauer parts, and replaced all the electronics and instruments with modern alternatives. One thing to be wary of when changing out instruments is that the original instruments used a five inch cutout in the bulkhead instead of the current standard of four inches. This can be overcome by some custom work (I turned shoulders on 5.5 inch winch pads to make reducer rings) but can come as an unpleasent suprise in the middle of the project. All in all I am very satisfied with the boat, she handles very well and is forgiving. The only two major shortcomings I can find with the design is the lack of storage space and the ice box is worthless. I use portable icechest when I need to keed comething cold.
