Pros:
Cons:

After 32,000 miles I found the Valiant to be "the" boat to be on in the Southern Ocean or anywhere else where nyou are at the mercy of adverse weather. The boat performed well on all points of sail and was very forgiving of minor errors in seamanship. Knocked down twice and she came back strong with only the loss of the canvas dodger(the frame held fast). I take one anywhere anytime. Sore point with only a 41 foot waterline it's not easy to to do 200 mile days everyday.
