Pros:
Cons:

The Westerly Oceanranger is a development of their 36ft Corsair model which was first built in 1984. The Oceanranger, with a sugarscoop stern adding two feet to the overall length, came out 1989. It has a fin keel with spade rudder, a deep centre cockpit and eight berths, although our boat was built with additional storage in lieu of the navigator's berth. She is a very seaworthy, extremely strongly built vessel, complete with Lloyds certificate, with a good turn of speed for a cruising craft. We have made numerous trips across the English Channel and to Biscay, sometimes in force 7 winds, but she has never once given us any reason to doubt her seaworthiness
