Pros:
Cons:

William Garden designed traditional 41' ketch, Perkins 4-108 50 hp diesel, full keel.

Good cruising boat, easy motion.

Weak point is deck sealing.

Pros:
Cons:

Garden Ketch, 41'. Delivered new to me in 1976. Strong, rugged, comfortable. Not fast. Lots of room and storage, can haul a big load. Heavy glass hulll. Cabin top requires care to keep up the caulking. Likewise the teak decks. A very good looking boat. Perkins 4-108 is very reliable. I use a Racor 500 filter; have tank cleaned every two years.
Sail in SFO Bay and area.
