Pros:
Cons:

designed from the original C&C 40 but re-configured w/an aft stateroom, and aft head. Fast "cruiser/racer" that still wins local PHRF non-spinnaker events. Great boat not easily replaced

Pros:
Cons:

This is a great boat. Her layout is the standard layout and has a beautiful teak interior. She is a great sailing vessel, still competes very well in club racing.

Pros:
Cons:

Have owned the boat 8 years, the prior owner converted 7'7'' draft to 6' with a wing and the there seems no lose in performance. made a round trip to the Virgin Islands and the boat had no difficulties. Averaged 9.5 knots one day and survived 2 gales with no problem. Weak points are limited fuel and water capacity.
