The perfect performance cruiser for couple or family with young children just starting out in inshore cruising.
This is my 4th summer on Lake Erie and it is my first owned cruiser.
Big boat folks always want to come on board and check it out. They are amazed at how much is down below including the large upfront berths with more than 6ft length.
Highest quality construction.
Fast to windward. 6 knots in a fair breeze with minimal chop is easy.
Extremely stable with ballast to handle the heavy stuff on the Great Lakes.
Beautifully balanced. I can sail it easily to windward with just the sheets - forget the tiller.
Wash, wax, VC-17 once each summer over five coats of VC Tar.
Abbott is still in business too in Sarnia, Ontario. This is a real value.
