Only 15 or so Pilothouses were built. Great boat with lots of headroom. Has inside & outside steering. Sails & motors well. 30 HP Universal diesel. We have made many modifications. Bought the boat in Maryland, transported it to Kansas, and will transport it to St. Petersburg, FL this winter. Excellent 2 person boat.

I have purchased Jim Harding's Allmand ( Previous Review ) and am very pleased with its' performance. I am interested in any body's comments on modifications, availability of some of the systems, etc. I need to rework the sliding windows in the PH and would be interested to know where I might find the tracks for those units. Also am looking for a rudder as this one is full of water and it may be more advantageous to replace rather than rebuild.

82 finished out in 83 for the Ft. Lauderdale show. 5ft 2in draft. Most incredible sailing vessel! (noted by everyone who has been aboard) Would love to hear from other Allmand owners. Based in North Palm Beach, FL.

Great Boat. Lived aboard for 4 years. Sailed to South and Central America. Race weekly. Cutter rig. Very tender. Cruised 12000 miles with her. Very sea kindly. Great motion in a seaway. Repowered to a 40 hp Yanmar with a 3 bladed Maxprop. Has air, deslinator, invertor, hot and cold running water, changed the CNG stove to LP. Cutter rigged. Keep her in Lake Huron now.
