Hi, I use the Capri 14.2 on MN lakes and it's been a joy. Only weighs 300plus lbs. so it's easy to trailer. My wife and two kids (10 & 8 yrs. old) are about all the boat can handle space wize. The boom sits relatively high which is also nice for daydreaming types (kids). Ah lets see... all Harken hardware, kickup rudder, roller furling, small cubby (approx. 1' x1' and 2' deep. It's my first sailboat so I can't say how it compares to others- we've really enjoyd it though. Let me know if I can be of help!

The Capri 14.2 is a very light yet roomy day sailor which is easy to rig, easy to trailer and fun to sail. It is the right size to dry dock in your garage. It is a very reasonably priced boat (especially used) for first time boat owners.
