1976 Motorsailor ketch rigged and designed by Crealock who also designed the Clipper Marine, Yes if you check out my web site you'll see that the hull and about 90% of the deck layout is a Clipper Marine 32, there's more history and pictures at http://ncinternet.net/~durham/index.html
It's called a Harstad motorsailer.

Pros:
Cons:

A CENTER COCKPIT THAT WAS IN BAD SHAPE WHEN I GOT HER. SHE EASILY SPRUCED UP AND LOOKS GOOD. SHE SAILS EASILY IN GOOD AND BAD WEATHER. SHE IS NARROW AT THE BEAM WHICH I LIKE FOR BAD WEATHER BUT LACKS THE ROOM. SHE HAS A AFT CABIN TO THROW ALL YOUR JUNK IN, OUT OF THE WAY. ALL IN ALL A GREAT SAILER AND PRETTY BOAT.
