Pros: Solidly built, lots of stowage, good sailing characteristics
Cons: Normal age-related problems

I own a 1979 Columbia 10.7 and have been very pleased with the fit and finish. The fiberglass is heavily laid and she is a very solid built boat. She sails sweetly and points well into the wind. Plenty of room for stowage, good tankage and she has nice, large head. Engine access is better than most sailboats I've dealt with. Makes a roomy, comfortable liveaboard.
