Pros:
Cons:

A 31 ft center cockpit sloop built in Holland. A very functional interior with interior passage to the aft cabin. Powered by a Yanmar 3GM saildrive, with hydraulic wheel steering and a large spade rudder, the boat is very maneuverable, even when going astern. Some find the boat difficult to track, visitors tend to oversteer because they are not used to the lack of pressure of the hydraulic system. Very easy on the autopilot. Cruising speed is 6.5 knots at 2800 revs.

The galley is exceptionally well planned, with an excellent garbage storage system (I know it is a small point, but...)

Sailing performance is good but with the tall rig, the boat is sentitive. I put in a first reef at 12 knots wind when going close hauled and a genoa. Upwind performance in freshwater under strong headwinds is poor since the boat was designed to ride over (it is very dry)not slice through short steep freshwater waves. This is no problem when sailing on the ocean.

The gelcoat is excellent, after 15 years it still has a very good shine. No blistering anywhere.

Both I and my wife are highly satisfied. Sailing on Lake Champlain, we have cruised extensively Cape Cod and Cheseapeake over the last summers.
