Pros:
Cons:

Excellent light wind performance but you want to reef early as the winds pick up (eg: 15 knots+). The interior is nicely finished...very bright even on gloomy days. We looked at a lot of boats before settling on this one and after five years still haven't seen another in this class that we'd rather have.

Very satisfied with boat, owned since new.Sails very well in light airs and points high. As long as you reduce sail area early, goes well in the heavier stuff.Construction and finish better than boats in similar price range.Cockpit and deck hardware well laid out.No structural or major mechanical problems. No blisters as yet!! We have changed battery storage, as the original location was very poor access. Has flat bottom, and very shallow bilges.Don't think you could buy a better boat in this price range, sails rings around Catalina 30's

Cons:

One of the few mid to late 80s boats available in Canada. Fast crusier, can become "overpowered" earlier than a lot of boats, forcing you to shorten sail as the winds build. Probably offers one of the best values in terms of space and equipment for the money.
