There was only one of these Ron Holland designed CT 40s built to my knowledge (if someone owns a sister ship please let me know). She is quite fast for a medium displacement boat and really likes a good blow. I love the boat. I live on it year round. It's an off-shore sailing pleasure, and since we added the folding prop, she's a good knot faster. She's not tender in heavy air and we don't worry about reefing until it's well over 25 knots, and then we'll probably just take down the mizzen. The only problem I've found is the black iron they used in the tankage. Replace them and the only problem is finding enough time to sail her the way she likes to be sailed.
