A lot of boat packed in to just 24 ft. A super sailer and very sea kindly. I am totally pleased with her. 6.5 knots is about top speed, but she gets you there---anywhere at all.

A great designed by Bill Crealock.
A compact world cruiser, easy for single handed cruising.
Built by Pacific Seacraft in the US. A great sailing boat.
In 13 years of ownership no weaknesses found that effected my enjoyment.
I have no desire to sell. Buy one as soon as you can.

Pros:
Cons:

I had a Pacific Seacraft Crealock 37, and give no small part of the success of my cruise to a boat that was able to take care of me when times got tough. Now just doing some light cruising in the Puget Sound area, I really don't need an offshore boat. But once you have a Pacific Seacraft, most other boats are a step down in many ways. So the Dana was the only choice for me. It is very large for a 24' boat, which means I can sail in comfort but pay for a small slip. I knew that it would be a great boat before I bought it, but what really surprised me was its speed. I am no racer, buy I enjoy beating my neighbor's Erickson 31 in all but the lightest airs.
