Very stable boat, sailing well in light or heavy breezes. Has
1/2" galvanized steel "kick-up" centerboard and rudder.
Lots of room for storage and super large cockpit area. The
Drascombe Lugger is a John Watkinson designed lapstrake
dory with a semi-vee bottom. This particular boat was built
in England. They are no longer made in England.
Drascombes are still being built in Australia in (wood con-
struction only). Type the word "Drascombe" in your
"search engine" and you will get all kinds of information.

We've had the boat for less than a year, but we are more
then satisfied with it. Drop me an e-mail and I'll be glad to
answer any questions I can.

The Lugger is a fine boat,We were donated the boat for our sea scout ship Ohio #726 Lakewood,Ohio. After cleaning a ton of leaves from her and washing her up plus working the woodwork she looks fine, But we have nut put her in the water yet because of insurance problems, but I hope that the ship can put her in before the winter.
