Pros:
Cons:

Fast boat with lots of space. Engine placed above keel, so there's alot of weight where it should be. Nice cruiser and also lots of troubles and repairs (new engine needed and rudder fel off). Mainly because of unskilled maintanance personnel: repairing/intalling parts in the wrong way can causes long term failures (e.g. rudder). The hull is still in good condition after osmose treatment in 1994. After a lot of work the troubles seem to be reduced to some minor ones.
