Pros:
Cons:
Excelent confort for live aboard or extensive crusing. Heavy (25m.-lbs) needs lots of wind to move. Aluminum tankage in keel mixed with bilge water has caused galvanic problems in some boats not keept dry. I bought the boat new in '82 and have had few problems. Most owners I meet up with our very satisfied with overall proformance of the boat.

Cons:
Sturdy and spacious live aboard with traditional loyout below. Flat deck makes movement safe and lounging comfortable. Fuel tank in bilge is a major weakness. Of the half dozen of so owners I met, all have replaced the leaking tank. Caprail subject to leaks.
After 15 months of living aboard and cruising the ICW, we are very satisfied with the comfort, strength and reliability of the Endeavour 40.
