SUMMARY OF DESIGN....
This boat behaves like a smaller boat. It is very responsive and extremely comfortable. I sail it singlehanded and have never felt overwhelmed. It accelerates sharply and is extremely responsive to sail trim.

KEY FEATURES....
Easy access to all lines and halyards from the cockpit.
Well layed out cabin.
Very neutral when sails are trimmed properly.
Cuts through waves smoothly.

Please feel free to contact me via e-mail to discuss particulars.

Pros:
Cons:

We had the wing keel version, which is great for shallow water. I went out of my way not to run aground, due to the difficulty of getting the wing off. We sailed this from Boston to the Bahamas and back with no sweat.

The boat has alot of room, and a great layout above and below. We loved it for it's privacy with the rear cabin, etc. In light winds, she pulls away from most boats her size. In heavier winds, she heels alittle and then settles in firm. We felt very comfortable in her, in all but short square waves.

We too had to replace part of the floor, due to water spillage from the head sink when heeled. Not too hard to do. Looked like a million after. Other wood work is fine, and wears very well.

Highly recommend this boat. We stepped up to a bigger stronger boat for long distance cruising. We'd consider it again when we return.
