Pros:
Cons:

The Gloucester 16 is one of a group of three nearly identical boats (the Newport and Neptune 16 are the other two). It has a small cabin with a footwell and a relatively large cockpit for its size. It weighs in at 900 lbs when configured with the swing keel (of the 900 lbs, 200 belongs to the keel). It draws 9 inches of water with the keel rolled up. It is a great boat for poking around in thin water. The small cabin is handy for overnight trips as well. The G16 is no longer made, since the Gloucester Yacht Company went out of business some time ago.
