Pros:
Cons:

Good first boat, 4' draft. Easy to sail and moderately fast for its displacement of 4'000lbs dry. Good bay boat and will week-end a couple well. One of the few 24'ers i have seen with 6' headroom in any part of the cabin.Sailed mine for 12 years with no major problems. other than deck leaks and some deck delam, so whats new about that with a cored deck? This hull is easly driven under sail or power, 9.9 outboard was more than enough. Hull and keel [lead], very strong, have slamed hard botom several times with this boat with no damage except some led loss to the keel

Pros:
Cons:

Solid, fine sailing keel boat. Large cockpit, high boom make it guest friendly. Nice hull shape, noticably less spray than others while thrashing to windward (with a big grin). Large head sail a bit tough to handle, roller fuling helps but not perfect. A lot of boat in 24 feet. Sails like a dream. Storage not well untilized but good potential for a handy sailor. Her looks have grown on me.
