Great light air sailor, comfortable under 150 headsail to 25 knots apparent, steady and predictable. Lots of room, all is accessable and simple.

Pros:
Cons:

A Charley Morgan designed & built boat that is a blast to sail. Can be converted to a cruiser with the addition of roller furler jib and some changes to the interior. The boat handles and sails like a dream. Great offshore boat for fast passages. These gems can usually be picked up for somewhere in the high twenties. A lot of bang for the buck!

Pros:
Cons:

Picked up a "project boat" that passed survey with good fundamentals. Repairs were probably unique to this one. The steel keel frame is a pain to deal with, always needing attention. I have added cruising amenities below and have a modified interior layout. The bottom line... I've invested a good deal of time and have a wonderfully swift yacht in return. Her performance belies her 111 phrf. She is one of the most well balanced boats I have sailed and flies like a demon to weather. Her old style IOR rig requires a lot of work to maximize with its large foretriangle, but the returns are impressive speed and control. She's a keeper in my book.
