This is a very stable and seaworthy boat, fun to sail, very roomy, originally designed for SF Bay conditions. Located on the Elk River, Chesapeake City, MD area. In water for test sail. No trailer. . Here are the specs:



Year 1969.

LOA – 25ft

Beam - 8 ft.

Draft - 3 1/2 ft (Keel modified from 2 1/2 foot Keel with center board to 3 1/2 foot fixed keel in 2008)

Power- ’85 9.8 hp two-stroke Mercury outboard (electric start with alternator, remote key switch and control box in the cockpit). 2 - 6 gallon gas tanks.

Cabin - very spacious for a 25 foot boat (about 5'10" headroom) Galley was removed to create more space in the cabin. Sleeps 5 (three in the salon, 2 in vee birth). Original head is functional but may need to be upgraded.

3 jibs (storm jib, 110 masthead jib, 150 masthead jib)

2 main sails (one is only a few seasons old)

no spinnaker.

Boom cover and tiller cover.

Depth finder/fish finder (new)

VHF radio.

AM/FM cassette stereo with four speakers.

Deep Cycle battery (new)
