Clean marina with good security, clean bathrooms and showers and small laundry area.
Noisy, sandwiched between Dave and Busters and the Ben Franklin Bridge. The bridge noise dominates after Dave and Busters and the neighborhood clubs close.

On the positive side, easy walking access to downtown Philadelphia, Historic Areas, Northern Liberties, good resturants with young creative chefs, Penn's Landing, Festival Pier, Sugar House Casino,....

Good public transit to Ben Franklin Parkway, Art Museum, The Barnes Foundation, Rodin Museum, and a wide selection of live theater and live music.

Be watchful exiting the marina wake protection into the river as barges and tugs come very close to the ends of the piers.
I hear that it's silted pretty bad and to enter other then high tide is touchy for keel boats.
