C&C/Cals seem to often have lots of single berth layouts, but seem are to find equipped.
A double aft cabin would work, but can't seem to find any of those that are passable offshore
OK I see the problem now. I have exactly the same problem.
My perfect boat would be 27' with two cabins. Electric drive with 1,000 mile range. Capable of 10+ knots. For pirate evasion I would like to dive to 30 meters for at least and hour.

Your requirements are a little less difficult than mine. We will both probably have to compromise a little.

Seriously though if you come up with any models that would make you happy configuration wise and listed those there is a good chance a sailnetter may know of someone with your boat.

Good luck.
At least YOU have chance.
