Instead of a fuel service like this, I would highly recommend spending the same money on a fuel polishing system. For a few hundred bucks you can get a stand alone polishing system installed that will keep this from happening in the first place.

It won't immediately get the tanks clean like the services are supposed to, but the constant slow polishing on a daily basis will keep water out of your tank in the future, and prevent the buildup of sediment that then lacquers onto the tank.
