Re: Finish for new mahogany

I can't get down to the boat today as planned, so I was googling around to see if there was anyplace closer to buy some Epifanes varnish and I stumbled upon an old question.

How do you pronounce it?

For years and years, I pronouced it Ehp-a-fanes

Not that long ago, I was watching a Jamestown Distributors video and the tech called it Ehp-i-fahn-ess. I assumed they would know and I had just been pronouncing it wrong.

I just saw a Practical Sailor article that swears the rep confirmed my original pronunciation, although, granted you could call it whatever you like, if you buy it.

So, which is it?

Jeanneau 54DS

In the harsh marine environment, something is always in need of repair. Margaritas fix everything.
