Many boats have essentially moulded keels except for a bolted-on ballast section rather than a full-on bolt-on fin... Those should satisfy that parameter, I'd think....

I think if you're willing to entertain an older well found boat you probably have too many choices... But you already know that. Find one that grabs your heart.
