Re: Finish for new mahogany
While I was doing a bunch of teak trim pieces in Cetol Marine in my basement, I decided to experiment with doing a nice piece of mahogany at the same time. I think it has come out really nice, a beautiful rich, golden tone.
I decided to give Cetol a try, wishing to avoid the tyranny of varnish. I understand the new formulations are quite a lot better. We'll see if it was an error. The pieces I have done so far look fantastic.
