If you figure out the type of seacock you have, and get the parts and supplies together before pulling the boat, you might get it all done in 3 days. That assumes the bottom is in ok condition and does not need epoxy work etc.
It is too bad there is not a yard where you can do the work yourself without hauling the boat on a trailer. Most of the time the boat is pulled, put on jackstands next to the water and then re-launced from there. Make sure you research this. Becuase of environmental laws some work in my state has to be done by yard workers, I recall sanding is one. Pianting and seacock work should be OK by owners.
