The easiest mast to step is one that someone else steps!


I own a 260 and I can certainly step the mast alone but it is much easier with a second person. If you devise a system to run your "mast halyard" back to a primary winch I bet you'd have a simple time of it. Like anything, the more you do it the easier and faster it gets.
